Building Blog #3

Well, it's all starting to take shape. The Equipment is arriving and I'm beginning to set up the desk and miscellaneous furniture. The desk is fantastic! Very solid, a breeze to build, even alone and even though it's very heavy. It's not too high, allowing you to reach even the furthest rack space with relative ease. Cable management options are plenty as well.

You can also see some of the cables. These are Vovox cables made in Switzerland, not far away from here! The rack holds a Manley Massive Passive Stereo EQ and the Crane Song HEDD and Dangerous Convert 8 Converters. These units are very versatile. The Crane Song is not only an AD/DA but also offers very nice tube and tape saturation options. The Manley is just a monster. Its incredibly nice broad shelves and ridiculous mids make it my go to EQ.

The Studio also got a couch and a little shelf. By the way! Don't underestimate the sound absorption capabilities of a couch!
